Although we develop our portfolio courses ourselves we still follow a strict process when tailoring them for the needs of particular groups of learners.
During the tailoring process we do two things:
- Add in relevant content and design
We add in relevant examples, terminology and graphics and include the appropriate internal processes and forms.
- Removal of barriers
We need to make sure that we remove anything that may present a barrier to the ideas being acceptable to the learner – the wrong job titles or department names for example.
