Alan Nelson is co-founder and Managing Director of Nelson Croom. As well as being in charge, Alan works with clients to help them take advantage of the opportunities that online learning presents. Alan works particularly with clients in finance, law, general professional services and publishing.

David Croom is co-founder and Chairman of Nelson Croom. David works with clients to identify how they can use online learning to extend the range of the professional development they offer their communities. David is particularly interested in the application of elearning for patient education.

Jacqui Nelson is Elearning Consultant for Nelson Croom. Jacqui has held a number of roles for Nelson Croom including project management and marketing. She now uses her experience to help new clients benefit from the services that we offer. Jacqui works with clients in professional associations, charities and health sectors.

Tony Short is Technical Director for Nelson Croom. Tony works at the continuous adaptation and development of our technological capabilities to better support the needs of both our clients and their learners. Tony's work has included production and project management, graphic and information design and systems development for educational, academic and professional publications.

Angela Smith is Development Manager for Nelson Croom. Angela is responsible for co-ordinating the work of the development team. She has played a key role in building Nelson Croom’s expertise in transforming content for learners.

Nicola Dann is Project Manager for Nelson Croom. Nicola works with our clients to ensure that we deliver the best experience we can for them and their learners. She helps clients to define their requirements and she ensures that projects run smoothly.

Rachel Bruce is Publisher for Nelson Croom. Rachel helps our partners get the most out of our portfolio courses. She also designs and delivers our publishing programme, commissioning new courses and working with authors.
